Can I order a different size of top and bottom?

Yes of course! All our items are purchased separately so you can always have a bikini that fits you perfectly. Girls, we’ve got you covered.
How will my item be shipped?

All our parcels are sent to you 2nd class with the Royal mail (2-4 business days)
When will I receive my pre-ordered bikini?

We appreciate your pre-order and enthusiasm for our product. Currently, pre-orders are initially estimated at 8-10 weeks. However, we are working diligently to expedite the process. Your patience is highly valued

How does a preorder work?

Pre-orders are easy! They allow you early access to my new unreleased collection making sure you don’t miss out and are able to reserve your size and colour. Once you’ve placed your order it will take around 8-10 weeks until you receive it
What sizes do you stock?

Currently we stock sizes XS-L. We are however looking into having a wider selection in our future collections. Please check our size guide to ensure you purchase the correct size for you!

Do you deliver to PO Boxes and parcel Lockers?

All orders, unless same day delivery is selected, can be delivered to a PO Box or Parcel Locker.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?

My item was returned to sending, what do I do?

My order says delivered, but I am having trouble locating it?

If your order has been delivered we always recommend checking your surrounding areas such as mailbox, doorstep, mailroom, concierge or neighbour. 

In the instance your parcel can not be located we recommend checking your tracking link to see if your order has been delivered to your local post office or nearest parcel locker.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Returns
Returns policy

In order to be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unstained and with all labels and tags in tact. All returned items go through a rigorous checking process. If any marks (e.g. deodorant, bodily fluids, fake tan, make-up), stains or signs of wear are identified the item will be returned to the customer without a refund - we operate a strict policy on this for hygiene reasons and so please check your items thoroughly before sending them back to us to avoid any disappointment.
How to make a return?

To initiate a return please email us at: help@shoplazyday.com or send us a message via instagram.

In your message please include your means for return and we will respond within 48hours and deal with this for you.
How long will it take until get my refund?

Once your refund process has been approved for your returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days. Once you received your refund notification, please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
How long do I have from the order date to file for a refund?

You have 14 days to initiate a return for a refund or an exchange.

This is from the date the order was placed.
Will there be any fee?

Returns and refunds are subject to a returns fee of £4.99, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you have purchased an item that has been on ‘Final sale’ it will not be eligible for return, unless your item is damaged upon receiving it.

Sizing

How do I find my size?

We recommend checking the size guide specific to the product you are purchasing to ensure you find the right size for you.
We suggest measuring four key points on your body to find your perfect size. It's best to wear as little clothing as possible when taking these measurements. We recommend holding the measuring tape flush against your body, ensuring not to pull too tightly for the most accurate measurements. If you don't have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string and measure it with a ruler afterwards!

Bust

Measure around your chest at the fullest point of your bust with no bra.

Waist

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.

High Hip

Measure around your hips at the very top of your hip bone.

Bottom

Measure around the widest part of your bottom.

Hot Tips

Make sure the tape measure is parallel to the floor.

For accuracy stand with your feet together and your body relaxed for all the measurements.
I'm in between sizes, what should I do?

Our sizing runs true to our cm/inch size guide.

We recommend checking the size guide specific to the product you are purchasing to ensure you find the right size for you.

Care Instructions
Swimwear care instructions

To ensure the long-lasting quality of your LAZYDAY pieces, we recommend following the below care instructions.

  • Hand-wash your swimwear in fresh, cold water with a gentle cleanser as soon as possible after wearing.
  • Hang or lay your pieces flat on a clean surface in the shade immediately after rinsing.
  • Ensure your swimwear is completely dry before storing it away.
  • Please be mindful that exposure to sun cream, tanning lotion, and excessive chlorine may damage or discolour your swimwear.
  • Avoid rough surfaces to prevent pulling and snagging.

We encourage you to avoid machine washing your swimwear pieces with detergents and bleach as these are too strong for swimwear fabrics. Hand washing will ensure your LAZYDAY Swim pieces retain their colour & shape.
